Sriracha Beet Dipping Sauce

2 medium sized Beets
4 Tbs 980 Sriracha
4 Tbs Hoisin Sauce
1 Tbs Water
Peel and slice beets into 1/2 inch pieces. Toss with a drizzle of olive oil and wrap in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until beets are tender. Remove from oven and let cool.
Once cool put beets, sriracha, hoisin, and water into a blender and process until smooth.
This is an easy and flavorful dipping sauce for fresh summer rolls, grilled chicken, and other meat dishes.
