9º80º Oysters Panamá

INGREDIENTS

· 2 dozen Raw Oysters, shucked and detached from the shell,
· reserving bottom shell for baking.
· Rock Salt
· Topping:
· 1 package cooked Spinach, drained well
· ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
· 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
· 1 clove garlic minced
· 2 Tbsp 9°80° Picante Panama Sauce
· Salt & pepper

PREPARATION

· Combine all topping ingredients and mix well.
· Place rock salt evenly on baking sheet; arrange your oysters on pan.
· Add topping to each oyster and broil for 4-5 minutes, watch carefully to avoid burning. Serve hot.
