9°80° Spicy Chicken Pot Pie Soup

INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 quart chicken broth
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3-4 carrots, peeled and diced
- 3-4 stalks celery, sliced
- ¼ cup 9°80° Wild Cilantro
- ¼ cup 9°80° Charleston Hot
- 1 cup fresh or frozen peas or green beans
- 1/4 olive oil
- 1-2 cups sour cream (depending on how thick you want it)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in soup pot. Add the onions. cook until soft (ideally, cook long enough for the onions to caramelize)
Once the onions are soft or caramelized, add garlic, celery, and carrots. Stir and allow to cook until they are soft.
Add the chicken. broth, 9°80° Wild Cilantro and 9°80° Charleston Hot and bring to a gentle simmer.
Turn off heat and stir in peas or green beans. Add sour cream until desired consistency.
Drizzle with 9°80° sauce and top with parsley, cilantro, fresh herbs, green onions, chives, cheese or your favorite garnish.
