9°80° Garlic Mustard Pimento Cheese Sausage Balls with 9°80° Charleston Hot Remoulade Sauce

9°80° Garlic Mustard Pimento Cheese Sausage Balls

Ingredients

1 lb Ground pork sausage

¼ cup 9°80° Garlic Mustard

2 tbsp Chives, fresh

2 1/2 cups All-purpose baking mix  

1 dash Paprika

12 oz Palmetto Pimento cheese

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the sausage, 9°80° Garlic Mustard, pimento cheese, baking mix, chives and paprika. Mix well with your hands until fully combined.

Shape the mixture into about 24  (1" - 1 1/2") balls and place them on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 1 inch apart.

Bake for 14-17 minutes, until the sausage balls are lightly golden brown and firm to the touch.

Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheets set on wire racks for about 10 minutes.

Serve the sausage balls warm with 9°80° Remoulade Sauce and enjoy!  

10-Minute 9°80° Remoulade Sauce 

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups mayonnaise (we use Duke’s)

2 tablespoons creole mustard

¼ cup 9°80° Garlic Mustard

¼ cup 9°80° Charleston Hot

teaspoons prepared horseradish

teaspoon dill pickle juice 

large clove garlic, minced and smashed

Directions:

Mix and serve!
