9⁰80⁰ Ahi Tuna Nachos with Spicy 9⁰80⁰ Sriracha Sauce

Tortilla Chips: • Use @missionfoodsus gluten free spinach & corn tortillas • Cut tortillas with pizza cutter into desired size for chips. • Lay them on cookie sheet and lightly brush with olive oil. • Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes until crisp!
Sriracha Sauce: • Mix a generous tablespoon of 9°80° Sriracha with 1/4 cup @dukes_mayonnaise
Assembly: • Scatter chips across a plate and top with chopped avocado, corn, tomatoes, ahi tuna and any of your favorite toppings!
