Oysters Panamá

Makes 2 dozen

Ingredients:

2 dozen Raw Oysters, shucked and detached from the shell,
reserving bottom shell for baking.
Rock Salt
Topping:
1 package cooked Spinach, drained well
¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 clove garlic minced
2 Tbsp 9°80° Picante Panama Sauce
Salt & pepper

Preparation:
  1. Combine all topping ingredients and mix well.
  2. Place rock salt evenly on baking sheet; arrange your oysters on pan.
  3. Add topping to each oyster and broil for 4-5 minutes, watch carefully to avoid burning. Serve hot.
