9°80° Worcestershire Marinated Steaks


¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup 9°80° Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 well-marbled ribeye steaks

  1. In small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, 9°80° Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place steaks in large Ziploc bag, pour marinade over, and place in fridge for at least 4 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to high heat.
  4. Remove steaks from marinade, pat dry, season both sides with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill to desired doneness.
